Ruhige Monteurzimmer in Berlin

  : i liked that it was around a safe place.
  : The owner would not talk in english and refused to help me. I arrived 2 hours before check-in and my back was hurting because of carrying my heavy backpack all day and i kindly asked if i can put my stuff inside the garden and maybe go to the market and she said no you cannot put your belongings inside before the check-in time. She also refused to let my two other friends stay at my room even though i booked a 3 person room and payed for the 3 beds. She says that she is not ‘booking.com’ and she would not go on with booking.coms’s rules. She said to me that my friends needed to pay to her if they wanted to stay at our booked room, a room booking.com stated as 3 person room, a room i booked for a 3 person. She also is not helpful in getting to know the area when i do not know german at all. In the next room as mine, stayed a spanish family and they couldn’t hold a conversation with her neither because she does not talk english. The problem is she knows english but refuses to talk. How i know this is because she understands my questions in english but answers them in german. I am so disappointed about my experience and would never book a room there.
