Hotel B1

Hotel B1 welcomes you to a quiet side street in the Kaulsdorf district of Berlin. Located near the B1/B5 federal highway, the A10 motorway is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available directly at the hotel. The hotel consists of two buildings: the main building with reception and breakfast room (Am Niederfeld 7) and the annex, a charming historic building located directly on the B1/B5 (Alt-Kaulsdorf 18). Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm. We also offer flexible check-in options: You can check in daily at the self-check-in terminal from 3:00 pm until 9:00 am the following day. Alternatively, you can check in via smartphone – your smartphone will then serve as your room key.

You will receive all further information automatically after booking. For urgent inquiries, you can reach our hotel team by phone at any time. All rooms are nonsmoking and feature a flat-screen TV with international channels, windows that open, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a private bathroom with a shower. A generous breakfast buffet is served daily. Smoking is permitted in the bar, where you can also play billiards free of charge. Snacks and drinks are available 24/7 from the vending machine. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy your breakfast or an evening drink in the garden.

The Berlin-Kaulsdorf S-Bahn station is about a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute bus ride away. From there, you can travel directly to Berlin's city center. A restaurant, an indoor playground (Monkey Town) for children, and the Kaulsdorf Lakes are also located in the immediate vicinity. You can purchase the Berlin WelcomeCard at reception, which allows you to use public transportation and offers discounts on attractions in Berlin. You can also use the Localfit gym, which is about a 2-minute walk from our location, free of charge – please ask our staff for details. Secure bicycle parking with charging facilities for e-bikes will be available from March 2026.
