  : Had parking even though a bit expensive.
  : No AC, room was too warm. Windows didn’t have much privacy only when closed. I had an issues regarding the room and even though many tries to request a refund there were not accepting it.

  : I booked a room with two beds and even payed for an upgrade. My request was accepted but once I got there, there was no upgraded room with two beds. Man at the computer couldn’t figure out their IT system and couldn’t help me. So I went to bed late and on top of that had to move the room at midnight. Guy at the front desk even pretended: that is an amazing room you are getting and once I explained to him there was no two beds, he was like, but the computer says is has two beds. Then why tell me that it is a nice room when you don’t even know how it looks? So one of us ended up sleeping on the floor, what an upgrade! Next day similar nonsense, moving to a new room, which was finally the one I booked. To my surprise I left som stuff in my old room and no body could help me find my things. 3 front desk workers (one younger looking guy with glasses extremely rude), each on a different shift told me that no one gave them my things. How is it possible that within hours my things disappeared? They didn’t! The staff doesn’t communicate with each other so all this time my stuff was actually with the cleaning personnel who kindly said: of course we have them. Only good thing about this hotel is the cleaning personnel, they get 5 stars for being kind, helpful and actually do the hard labor in this place, they deserve a raise! The rest is trash. Never again.
