  : We liked the big room and big bathroom with a bath tub. However the pillows were too soft. The bed was not so comfie, I have had better.They do clean everyday.The room had a mini bar and filled fridge and refilled espressos, chocolate milk powder, and tea.The breakfast was OK with bubbly wine but nothing special. On the second day we could get a good coffee from the bar (espresso machine) for breakfast but the third day they told us no and we could only get coffee from the small machines.The Marlene café was nice but pricey.
  : Parking is expensive at 36/night, we did know this but hopefully they can improve it.The TV in the room went on and off when we used it, not sure why.You need to pay for entrance to swimming pool and spa. It's just a hassle.some buttons dont work at the spa. The sun bathing space outside swimming pool is nice.All in all it's a nice hotel with great location. I just don't like all the extra fees. And breakfast was the same for 3 days, can be alternated if they want. And it was crowded due to a conference going on, nobody's fault but just felt less relaxing for a holiday mood.
