  : The apartment is very spacious with two separate bedrooms and the huge studio room that is combined with a kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with coffee makers (both filter and capsule), toaster, etc. There were plenty of food for the breakfast we couldn't manage to eat. Although technically the apartment is located in Mitte, it takes 6 or 7 stops with U-bahn to the Alexanderplatz. We didn't mind.
  : The temperature in bedrooms was quite low and the automated heater didn't heat the rooms as expected. There were no shampoo in the bathroom, make sure to take your own. The faucet in the kitchen cries for the renovation.

  : Firstly, very friendly host. Thank you Nicola. Perfect information, perfect communication, perfect guidance, perfect support. Spacious rooms, old building but reeks of heritage. Very comfortable. Had everything that we needed. Nicola, thank you for all the food you kept for us (breakfast items). I can just go back and stay again for all the cheese, bacon, fruits and coffee. We had a great time with the family. Free car park in the premises. It's towards the side of Berlin where you would find a lot of middle eastern and South Asian restaurants, Kafe, mini marts. Kitchen is super utility. This apartment is not of excesses, but has everything that you need. So well thought out.
  : Since I traveled with my old parents (dad has special needs), we found climbing the stairs with all the luggage a little exhaustive (old building, rear entrance, no elevator/lift). Else, absolutely nothing that we can point out. Great stay.

  : The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed as a young family, including a portable high chair and a well-stocked pantry and fridge for our 1 week stay. Although the address was on quite a noisy main street, the flat itself was shielded from the noise in a relatively quiet courtyard. The hosts were also really quick and responsive in replying to messages. All in all we had a great stay here! :-)
  : The only drawback of this place was having to carry things up and down 2 floors as there was no elevator, but that was expected as stated in the description. Also the 1 thing missing for an otherwise very well-stocked pantry was some sugar for the tea/coffee.

  : Apartament is very spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable. I really appreciate the breakfast provided by the host - the kitchen is fully equipped in everything you need, bread, milk, eggs, cheese, juice or fresh fruits with coffee and tea available in full selection. Free parking spot is a treat as the area is quite crowded.

  : The apartment is nice and the communcation with the host was excellent. Nicola was there before and during our stay to immediately fulfil our demands (for extra linen, broken hairdryer etc.). The price was very good for Berlin accommodation standards. The public transport connection for the city center as well as Berlin airport and the Panke river pathway nearby was a bonus.
  : The neighborhood is not the best. It is Mitte but it is full of immigrant shops which some people might find unpleasant.The apartment could have been cleaner. With open windows, there was some noise from nearby apartments.
