  : The sanitary conditions of the apartment were pretty poor - very strong cigarette smell, garbage left from previous tenants, but worst of all - BEDBUGS! We woke up the first morning with bites, but were not sure of the origin. The next night woke up from being bitten and found various insects on the walls and blankets. This ruined our stay completely, had to move to a new place at 7 am as didn't want to stay in the apartment and risk being bitten again or bringing the insects back home in our luggage.No heating in the apartment on the first night, had to spend a night in a freezing cold place. It was later fixed, but 1 room was still without heating.The management was very unresponsive and unwilling to help. Had to spend hours on the phone with Booking.com to get things resolved. When we contacted them regarding the bedbugs - didn't receive any response or an apology.Location is not amazing, but not to far away from the tram and metro.All in all - terrible stay! Avoid at all cost, especially if you travel with children.

  : The stairs in the building were very dirty. The apartment is located in the 6th floor with no lift. No dishwasher was available.

  : Booking never informed that this accommodation is on 5th floor without any elevator. It was so inconvenient to reach at the flat.This was not expected from booking.com

  : I liked the fact that there was a washing machine and silence.
  : It was very difficult to bathe in the bath, as the water was cold and then it became very hot, the children could not take a shower at all. It was also difficult to go up to the sixth floor without an elevator and it was very difficult.
