  : We were at Bleibtreustrae 4.The location was very good, 5min walking away and up by elevator was S-bahn. Apartment situated in private courtyard. It was a big apartment, white and spacious and a comfortable bed and pillows. Nearby many restausants and 100m away Edeka supermarket. Towels and kitchen towels were provided. The apartment manager/female who gave us keys, prefer speaking in Russian(it was OK for us) and she arrived quickly.
  : In bathroom was damaged wall mount of shower. There were unwashed plates in the kitchen closet(lower plates). Ugly behavior by previous guests!!! Quick and cheap repairs made in apartment, but was clean/white :D The carpet was tired and some wires were loose. Windows may have curtains, would be more cozy :) Coffee machine too small :)

  : it was not Clean , the pillows where yellow (dirtyand stinky) and I got allergic and couldnt stop sneezing.the Flor was very noisy and loud, there was not even toilet paper or soup in the bathroom.no energy plugs close to the Bad, the curtains didntblock the sunn at all!

  : Actual location of the property is alright, about 2/3 minute walk to the nearest metro.
  : We missed our pickup slot for keys by 10/15 minutes, and when we tried to contact the property, we had no response for 3 hours and eventually had to travel a couple miles into city to what seemed like a random apartment block to pickup the keys. It was a room within an apartment with shared facilities, and the other room seemed to be more of a permanent stay rather than a short break or holiday stay.Everything seemed to be broken or nearly broken. Slats underneath the bed either didnt fit the frame properly or had already snapped and were being held together by tape. The blinds didnt work and didnt keep any sun out. The floorboards were very creaky and you could hear everything going on in the apartment.
