  : - good location- works perfect for large group: we were 6 and a 7th joined for a bit- nice backyard terrace, but we were not able to stay out due to the weather - everything you need, from fully equipped kitchen to iron and washing machine
  : - beds / mats, in the room of 4, the mat for the ground was uncomfortable - the last room in the back, at the ground floor was dark and separated: we preferred the couch as we had just one person who stayed there. and she only joined for one night.- not about the property per se, but better instructions on where to find the keys can be improved.

  : beds and couch comfortable, electronic apparels working, plenty of hot water and blankets :)staff was very nice and available
  : not very clean. upon our arrival, there was garbage in the courtyard (bottles and cigarettes) plus the cleaning inside the house was not very well done there was a lot of dust under the beds and the couch and I could tell right away because my allergies were immediately reacting to it the dishes were also not that clean and btw, the sink wouldnt let the water go down so there was a stinky smell after a whilethere was also a lot of used towels and general stuff above the stairs, not sure why.the windows/glass doors at the living room were not functioning properly. one of the windows didnt open and blinds didnt work either.the house is a lot more smaller than what pictures show so we were also kind of disappointed with that downstairs is pretty much a small cave with no windows so it was a bit uncomfortable to stay there. claustrophobic vibes.one of the beds didnt had a mattress (the upper bed on the first room). luckily 2 of us were a couple so we didnt need a 4th bed but we had the right to 4 beds, as stated in the reservation.besides this, there is a couple of weird noises and smells in the area, specially at night, but nothing you cant handle and ofc, not the owners fault.but there was one very important thing happening during our 3rd day.. the upstairs neighbor (an old lady) tried to come inside our house during the morning, around 8am. thankfully we were up watching tv at the living room and we could hear her and be aware of everything..

  : Great location in a bit of a more quiet neighborhood. City center accessible with a U-Bahn nearby. Kitchen was well equipped. We cooked our own dinners - the oven, microwave, pots, pans etc worked great. We were 7 people overall and there was lots of room, the apartment didn't feel too crowded. I read some reviews before that the shower, bathroom in the basement was a bit dirty - for us this was not the case. Everything was clean and great to use.
  : Only negative thing was that some of the beds were very hard. Just a couch opened up and you could feel the wooden/metallic parts in the couch. Some beds could definitely have used a mattress topper. We were in Berlin when it was 35 degrees C, there is no air conditioning. That was a bit bad, but we survived.
