  : Very friendly and supportive staff, good location (not central, but well connected). No noise from the street (at least not in the room I stayed).
  : A bit shabby and not really clean room; one could hear other guests (some of them were very loud).

  : Arriving to the hotel been asked to pay, after taking the payment the lady at the reception she informed me that the hotel has no hot water & no heating. I wish if she told before asking for payment. She said to me it was booked late ( i booked it on line around 3:00 am I have checked in @ 18:15 . I had to go to another hotel @ paying for a taxi 17.50 The room is nightmare no toilet , filthy no space you have to move sideways , I had the horrendous experience in my travelling experience , I must admit each I use booking.com I always get disappointed. I can count those disappointments by hand. Bad customer service , inaccurate information.
  : To het refund and stop selling filthy accommodation to the public , need to audit all hotels listed on platform.

  : The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, Metro stations, bus and Zoo. It was very easy to get there from the international bus station as well. No problems with the location. I get a sense that the staff don't speak much if any English; if you speak German or Russian this is not a problem. I found them friendly and polite, but I could talk to them easily in Russian. [neither a pro nor a con; it just is what it is] They hooked me up with an electric kettle, which mitigated the NO HOT WATER situation slightly.
  : NO HEAT OR HOT WATER FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF MY STAY IN THIS HOTEL. IN NOVEMBER. I REPEAT: NO HOT WATER. NO. HOT. WATER. NONE! The facilities and furniture are ancient, decrepit as well. I don't understand that shower you have to climb into, is it meant to kill people by having them slip and fall? Just as well I was discouraged from showering by the LACK OF HOT WATER.

  : Good location, with Savignyplatz S-bahn station just around the corner with a direct link to the airport, walking distance from Berlin Zoo Rail Station, walking distance from Kundamm, surrounded by small cafees. Big Hit supermarket about 10 min. away towards Berlin Zoo and smaller on the other side of the street. Breakfasts were good, with fresh hot coffee, and a good varialety of things to choose from to eat
  : Sadly there was no heating (November) and hot water during the stay. As a return the hotel offered a free breakfast, I think not enough to make it up for not being able to shower for three days of my stay. I didn't have a douvet, just a blanket. At least I was given an electric heater. Something weird was crawling the wall of my room one evening as well. I had an option: have a heater on or a tv working. Another socked was in a bathroom, so the choice ofnwhat to pkug in was difficult (kind of).

  : The location is great and the very friendly staff were very welcoming. Even though the room and the furniture were a bit aged they were well maintained and in clean condition. Good value for money.
  : There is a bar or night club of sorts right beneath the hotel so there was a lot of bass transmitted through the walls of the old building. Luckily I was tired enough to get some sleep anyway. Might be better on working days.
