  : Nicely located, clean and specious rooms, all necessary facilities available. We did not have opportunity to try breakfast.
  : We would give the hotel much higher score but we had an unpleasant situation following lack of communication from the hotel. On 31st Dec when we arrived the hotel was closed due to a change in the reception hours. Unfortunately we were not informed about this in advance. It took us approx 30 min to figure out where to get the keys from. There was nobody at the hotel or available on the phone to help us. We were travelling with our dog which was scared of fireworks outside. The following day the breakfast hours were amended as well and we were not informed about this in advance. We left without having breakfast. Once the hotel staff arrived on 1st Jan they were very nice, apologised about inconvenience, even reduced the bill by 33% which was nice.
