: The hotel is located relatively closely to the train station and is a fair price for the accommodations.
: The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so there are some inconveniences. The online listing indicated there was a complimentary breakfast but that is not the case. You must actually go to the adjacent Hotel Spree to check in to Hotel Arche.

: Check in information wasn't clear. Confirmation email said up to 11:30pm but it seems it's open later? There also seems to be a need to 'book in' for breakfast a day ahead but we weren't informed of this. We were able to get breakfast in any case.

: The room they gave us had no internet, and the furniture was falling apart. When I asked to change the room, the receptionist said that there were no rooms available. Only after insisting that they refund my money, I was given another room. So the receptionist tried to mislead us (he said there were no rooms available). The corridors and stairs are very dirty and in a poor condition.

: Breakfast was ok for this money
: - I saw a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom when I just came to the room - noisy hotel, you can hear everything from next room - when I came from breakfast, there were three man in my room and were repairing facilities in bathroom. Nobody informed me about that before and I was very surprised as didnt expect that someone will be in my room when Im out (all my stuff were in the room in this time). It is totally not ok, no privacy in this hotel.
