This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before 2021-08-07T18:00:00-04:00. This booking is Non-refundable after 2021-08-07T18:00:00-04:00.

Your credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will charge you directly for room and tax. The hotel reserves the right to authorize your credit card prior to check-in. If you dont check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and may charge you a penalty.

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These charges may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

All rooms booked for quadruple occupancy (i.e. 4 adults). Accommodations for more than this are not guaranteed.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. The reception is located on the 5th floor and it is open from 10:00 until 22:45; at night, the hotel will be closed. Please note that the Mikon Eastgate only accepts credit card payments for bills totaling at least EUR 90. Please also note that your credit card will be pre-authorized upon booking. Please contact the property for further details. Renovation work is done daily. The entrance and lower floors are under renovation.
